Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (or Engineer) to support the Vessel Performance Dashboard (VPD) project. This individual will be crucial in bridging business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring that the dashboard delivers actionable insights to optimize vessel operations across the Client and Products fleets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements for vessel performance metrics.
• Comparative Analysis : Analyze and benchmark requirements aProductst existing Client business implementations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Data Mapping : Map and align data models across systems (RADAR, GMAS, BOSS) to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Data Product Development : Design and build cross-system queries to generate data products that meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the liaison between business users, data engineers, and developers to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance : Validate data outputs and ensure the dashboard meets performance, accuracy, and usability standards.
