Entertainment Travel Advisor

A company is looking for an Entertainment Travel Advisor to support a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment-based business.

Key Responsibilities

Complete travel arrangements including air and hotel reservations, exchanges, and refunds

Respond to client inquiries and ensure accuracy of reservations while proactively correcting errors

Provide on-call after-hours services and maintain awareness of airline rules and regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in handling film, TV, and / or music travel

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing domestic and international travel

Strong SABRE skills and knowledge required

Ability to provide creative solutions for unusual travel situations

Superior client service skills, especially with high-end travelers
