Position : CMM Programmer

Location : Northbrook, IL

Pay : $22–$27 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (must be flexible to adjust schedule as needed)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced

• CMM Programmer
• to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programming and inspection processes, with hands-on experience using Zeiss Calypso software. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and dimensional accuracy throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and program CMM equipment using Calypso software.

Develop and maintain CMM programs for both new and existing parts.

Verify calibration status and ensure ongoing accuracy of CMM equipment.

Document inspection results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with engineering and production teams.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM operation and programming (Zeiss preferred).

Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

Previous inspection experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.

Bilingual is a plus
