VP of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annual and long-range financial planning and budgeting process, improving efficiency and transparency

Develop policies and systems to support a high-growth organization and lead department-level planning processes

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team, including overseeing financial reporting and KPI development

Required Qualifications

12+ years of leadership experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within the financial services industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred

Strong technical knowledge of finance and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting

Exceptional project management skills and experience in process efficiency and automation

Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and motivational skills
