ABA Behavior Technician

Salary : $2275 / Week

Position Details

Location : Hingham, MA

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Duration : Full 2025-2026 School Year

Pay Rate : Up to $28 / hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA-based support to elementary students

Implement individualized behavior support plans

Assist with academic activities and classroom routines

Collect and record behavioral and academic data

Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges

Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Solid understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior shaping

Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management

Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity

Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments

Comfortable working in 1 : 1 settings with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required

Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
