General Laborer Opportunity

Enjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Watertown, MN. We are seeking candidates for part-time General Laborer roles on the day shift. Compensation for this opportunity is $19.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you will do as a General Laborer :

  • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure
  • Cut sheets of metal to size for production
  • Apply adhesive during product assembly
  • Operate and monitor the lamination process
  • Assemble frames around boards using basic hand tools
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What you need to be a General Laborer :

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Experience using basic hand tools
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely with or without reasonable accommodations
