Position Title : Lab Technician II NA

Position Overview

The R&D Technician is responsible for providing support to team scientists, assisting on NPI products verification, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complaint investigation on some occasions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform more complex laboratory procedures and experiments with minimal supervision.
• Analyze experimental results and report findings to senior team members.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in the design and optimization of experimental protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
