Clinical Communication Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Communication Specialist to join their Results Communication Team.

Key Responsibilities

Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results across physician practices and hospital systems

Facilitate communication between referring physicians and radiologists

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical information to healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience

Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems required

Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to patient care

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
