We’re ZB Designs, the creators of Wigglitz, a fast-growing 3D printed toy company that’s shaking up the industry and building something big.

We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager and support the overall flow of our business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in keeping production, fulfillment, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Ops Manager : Assist with daily operational needs and keep projects moving forward.
• All-Around Operations Help : Jump in where needed—production support, fulfillment, logistics, admin tasks, and more.
• Keep Things Organized : Help maintain order across processes, inventory, and documentation.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly : Adapt quickly and find solutions when challenges come up.
• Take on “Outside the Box” Tasks : From special projects to creative problem-solving, help bring in new ideas and improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work with different departments to make sure operations run efficiently.
• Learn & Grow : Gain hands-on experience in all areas of operations with opportunities to expand your skill set.
