Google Cloud Partnership Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Partnership Sales Leader to drive our GCP sales and go-to-market strategy across North America. This role is critical in maintaining and expanding our footprint as a strategic systems integrator within the Google Cloud ecosystem, focusing on strategic partner alignment, new logo acquisition, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GCP sales and marketing strategies for North America.
  • Procure, process, and closely assist in closing net new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline to achieve regional revenue quota.
  • Focus on acquiring new logo clients with high potential for services engagements.
  • Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline in collaboration with Google Cloud teams.
  • Oversee Partnership Program and business commitments between Google and EPAM.
  • Partner with internal Cloud Marketing team to execute joint marketing initiatives with sales, marketing, and Google partner team.
  • Serve as primary liaison between EPAM's Delivery Organization, Business Units, Sales teams, Partnerships / Alliances, and Executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Google Cloud to develop business strategies that achieve client business objectives.
  • Act as internal trusted advisor for Google Cloud, managing relationships and access to early release programs and product roadmaps.
  • Educate clients and Google Cloud teams on EPAM capabilities, value propositions, and success stories.
  • Work with assigned Google Cloud partner teams to identify, prepare, and deliver compelling product messaging.
  • Position EPAM as a trusted and strategic systems integrator within the Google Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements :

  • At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, with a proven track record of developing and expanding client relationships and partner ecosystems.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working within the Google Cloud partner ecosystem, demonstrating deep expertise and strategic alignment.
  • Proven track record supporting large, complex Cloud sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in solutions selling with the ability to develop and maintain client and internal relationships.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels - verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise products, solutions, and technology strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into partner ecosystem value propositions.
  • Be located on the West Coast.

    This remote position cannot be performed in New York City. Salary range : $200,000 - $250,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
