Mexico Payroll Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations

Lead payroll onboarding for new clients, advising on best practices and compliance requirements

Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits while implementing process improvements and controls

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in Mexico with compliance management

Deep understanding of Mexican payroll laws and regulations

Experience with payroll system implementations and process automation

Proficiency in Mexican payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions

Mexican payroll certification or equivalent preferred
