Role Overview :
We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering value through fleet solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial fleet customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (fleet industry experience a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel locally as needed.Benefit :
