New York and Texas Licensed Attorney

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to oversee litigation strategies for a high volume consumer debt docket.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations

Review and respond to all court pleadings and maintain a high volume docket

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Must be licensed in New York and Texas; additional licenses preferred

Computer proficiency

Must pass a background check
