Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of help desk technicians.
Oversee the help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries and technical issues.
Maintain Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for our organization.
Manage Okta SSO integration with Google Workspace.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Work closely with vendors, including Google and Okta, to resolve technical issues and optimize services.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
