Licensed Pre-Approval Manager

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager to oversee the loan process and assist borrowers with financial programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide customer service and assist borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation

Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability

Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best program structure for borrowers

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience

Experience with Encompass LOS preferred

Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations

Prior underwriting experience is a plus
