We are hiring External Auditors at the Senior Associate level for one of our big 4 customers upcoming busy season. They will support a variety of clients in the ASSET & WEALTH MANAGEMENT (AWM) sector ranging from small, fast-growing clients, to large entities.

Location : These roles are REMOTE, with primary demand in New York, Chicago, Boston, and the Midwest. For candidates located elsewhere, candidates must be able to work on East Coast hours.

In-Person Office Work : Not required, but candidates who are open to working a few days a week in-office are preferred.

Start Date : January

End Date : March / April

Hours : Expected weekly hours range from 40 to 55, but may vary depending on team needs. As these roles are part of the Audit Busy Season, the potential for long hours and weekend work is expected.

Overview :

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and / or a proven record of success of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP), United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards, emphasizing an overall extensive understanding - for the respective industry - of the applicable business and accounting issues, and technical accounting and financial reporting standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in related field

3 years of EXTERNAL audit experience

FINANCIAL SERVICES industry experience (Private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, fund to fund, Asset & wealth management, etc.)
