Descripción del trabajoCollaborates with the social services department to use empowerment and recovery oriented Inspects rooms for cleanliness before clients enter the facility Assists with scanning client files into the Network Attached Storage (NAS) upon client's Must bag and tag clients' belongings when left behind or assist if client is physically In the event of an emergency, Essential Personnel are required to report to work as scheduled Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based upon assessment of company needs High School diploma or equivalent required Experience with behavioral health services preferred Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a part of a team Must be organized and technologically savvy Bilingual English / Spanish is also preferred

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Residential Aide develops meaningful and trusting relationships with clients. The Residential Aide
coordinates client's access to support resources in order to maximize their potential and aid in their
independence for their re-integration into the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with escorting clients to support service appointments
- Assists Case Managers, Client Care Coordinators, Housing Specialists, and the Director of
Social Services
