A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide behavior consultation and manage a caseload via tele-health
Conduct behavioral assessments and design interventions based on results
Supervise and train behavior technicians and clinical interns
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral science
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Three years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors
Experience providing ABA treatment under health insurance contracts
Ability to produce documentation and communicate effectively
