Descripción del trabajoAttention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating accounts receivable records. Analytical Skills : Identify inconsistencies in account balances and debit accounts, taking proactive steps to resolve any issues that arise. Communication Skills : Keep clients informed about their outstanding debts and deadlines, providing solutions to any problems that may arise. Reporting Abilities : Generate clear and reliable reports on billing activity, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and improve processes. Receive and sort incoming payments, ensuring credibility and accuracy. Manage account statuses and balances, identifying and resolving inconsistencies. Issue bills, receipts, and invoices promptly and accurately. Validate debit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Update accounts receivable database with new accounts and missed payments. Keep clients informed about their outstanding debts and deadlines, providing solutions to any problems that arise.
