Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,545 per week in Kansas City, MO

Experience in specialty areas is required within the past 12 months. No gaps in employment greater than 90 days in the past year. Description : The role involves providing care to patients in the Operating Room setting. The nurse will be responsible for collaborating with surgical teams. They will ensure patient safety and maintain the sterile environment. The position includes participating in surgical procedures. On-call shifts are required, with an estimated 9-12 call shifts per 6-week period. Candidates must be flexible to float between departments as needed. The staff may also be required to work weekends based on on-call status. Two references are required, one from a supervisor and one from a charge RN. Drug screening will be conducted prior to onboarding. Training modules must be completed prior to the start date. Nurses will be responsible for ongoing compliance with specific protocols and procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing specific surgical equipment.
