As the new full-time Strategic Enterprise Sales Representative at Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to revolutionize the HR industry.

YOUR ROLE AS A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE SALES REP

This full-time position includes 30% travel.

As our new Strategic Industry Enterprise Sales Representative, you have the chance to play a critical role in our company's success by taking charge of our sales strategy for the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. You work hand-in-hand with our director of sales and other members of our sales team to drive growth in this vertical and secure new business with potential clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in sales and an in-depth understanding of the QSR industry. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping businesses grow and an unwavering determination to seek out new business opportunities through phone prospecting, partner referrals, and networking.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience selling in to complex buying groups with multiple decision makers

To succeed in this role, you need strong skills as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Additionally, you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
