Corporate Development Analyst

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Identify, screen, and evaluate potential M&A opportunities to support the M&A / BD deal pipeline

Perform market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making

Prepare presentations and reports for executives and stakeholders, communicating deal updates and providing recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required (ideally in Life Sciences or Business)

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in business development, market research, financial analysis, or related fields

Biopharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred

Strong quantitative analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills

Working knowledge of the biologics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred
