IT Program Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, IT Program Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution of training programs to meet business goals

Oversee IT project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Supervise a team responsible for workflow design, curriculum development, and training delivery

Required Qualifications

4 years of HR management experience, preferably with learning and development teams

5-7 years of IT project management experience, particularly in healthcare

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus

Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations

Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master certification are a plus
