Have High School Diploma or GED preferred but can obtain DSP training in absence of diploma. Have a Valid Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID. Be a US Citizen or Possess a Work Visa, with Proof of SSN, Birth Certificate, or Legal Documents Acceptable for I-9. Have Flexible Availability, Able to Maintain a Minimum of 16 Hours per Week for Part-Time or 40 Hours per Week for Full-Time. Pass a Criminal Background Check Follow and implement Individualized Support Plans (ISP) to assist residents in achieving their goals. Document daily activities, progress, and any concerns in individual logs. Assist with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household chores. Provide guidance on social skills, decision making, and daily living activities. Administer and track medication schedules. Ensure a clean and orderly environment. Communicate effectively with home managers and professional managers regarding residents' needs and concerns. Participate actively and positively in all tasks and activities with residents. Maintain detailed records of personal spending, health concerns, and any behavioral issues. Experience in behavioral health is preferred but not required.

Job Details :
- Pay : $17 per hour to start
- Job Type : Part-time and Full-time positions available
- Shift and Schedule : 8-Hour Shifts with Opportunities for Overtime and Weekend Work as Needed.
- Work Location : On-site, Fulton, MO 65251
