Descripción del trabajoEngage with stakeholders to analyze business processes and gather requirements for Salesforce solutions Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and system requirements Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user guides Assist in delivering user training to ensure effective adoption of the new Salesforce system Support compliance with federal security standards and contribute to cybersecurity documentation 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including experience with at least one Salesforce project 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required due to federal contract requirements Must reside in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline Understanding of federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes Familiarity with Salesforce, including its functionality and use cases Salesforce Business Analyst certification or Salesforce Administrator certification Background in data migration projects
