We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator for our Peninsula region to guide patients from their first consultation to the start of their treatment, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and exciting journey.

Your Role

The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between diagnosis and treatment start. You’ll help patients understand their orthodontic options, present financial arrangements, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide new patients through their first orthodontic consultation.

Present treatment plans, including Invisalign® and braces, in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly way.

Discuss financial arrangements, payment plans, and coordinate with OrthoFi.

Capture necessary patient records — photos, scans, X-rays (as needed).

Follow up with pending treatment starts to maintain a high conversion rate.

Maintain detailed records in the practice management system.

Collaborate with the clinical and front office team to ensure smooth patient flow.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, marketing, or healthcare a plus.

Minimum 1 year of dental, orthodontic, or medical front office experience.

Strong presentation and sales skills — confident in discussing treatment value and financials.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with dental software and digital tools (OrthoFi experience preferred).

Preferred Skills

Orthodontic or Invisalign® experience.

Bilingual (English / Spanish or other languages).

Experience in a high-volume, patient-focused environment.

Performance Expectations

Ensure accurate documentation of all financial agreements.
