Salary Range : $55,000- $65,000

Job Description : We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day processing of invoices and payments. Your role will involve meticulous record-keeping, reconciling statements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless and timely execution of payments.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently process invoices with precision
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
  • Reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related inquiries
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a team environment
