Family Medicine Physician (Kadlec Clinic)

Kadlec is seeking a full-time board-certified / board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join their full-spectrum primary care practice in West Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to build your own patient panel while serving a medically diverse patient population. Join a team of providers and support staff dedicated to providing quality care in the sunny Tri-Cities.

• Full-time position
• Outpatient care only
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Dedicated and supportive group
• On-site lab and diagnostic services
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Compensation is between $238,830 and $330,915 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, CME and relocation assistance
• As a non-profit organization, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
