Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A hybrid clinical / staff pharmacist position is available in State College, PA, offering a balanced role with approximately 60% clinical duties and 40% staffing responsibilities. The clinical focus centers on Population Health and Ambulatory Care, particularly managing medication regimens for targeted disease states such as diabetes. Responsibilities :

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services primarily in ambulatory care settings.
