Land Use & Zoning Legal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support our Land Use and Zoning practice. This role is fully on-site and involves providing administrative and legal support to attorneys handling permitting, development, and zoning matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and filings
• Assist with permit and zoning applications and related submissions
• Conduct research on municipal codes, land use regulations, and zoning ordinances
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and public appearances
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys
