Clinic Hours :

Monday-Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

5829 Campbellton Rd SW Ste 112 & 113, Atlanta, GA 30331

Base Salary :

$75,000 - $105,000 / year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients / day

Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!

(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
