Endeavor Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses looking to secure a permanent staff position with a trusted community-based healthcare organization in the Chicagoland area.

Current Openings at Evanston Hospital - availability may vary

(Ask your recruiter about other locations and opportunities)

5 South : Oncology / Hospice with Med / Surg Overflow
2 Louis : Med / Surg – Stroke, Cardiac, Neuro
4 South Searle : Med / Surg Tele, Stepdown, Post-op

Position Details :

Position : Registered Nurse (Full-Time, 36-40 hours / week)

Compensation : $36 - $55.15 (pay increases based on candidate's expertise, years of experience and other factors)

Shift : varies based on unit availability (weekend requirements based on the unit, typically rotating every / other weekend)

New Grad RNs, under 2 years of experience, will be required to start on night shift

What you will do :

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care

Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Experience & Qualifications :

1 year of inpatient or hospital experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

Active Illinois RN License

BLS / CPR Certification (additional certifications may be required upon hire)

ASN required, with a preference for BSN or ongoing education
