Front End Engineer (onsite SF)

By addressing the complexities of real-time data streaming, visualization, and user interaction, Outset enables companies to accelerate product development, improve user satisfaction, and drive smarter strategic decisions.

What you will do :

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and CEO on strategic technical decisions and product direction.
• Design, develop, and optimize intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Build robust and responsive components that seamlessly integrate with backend services and APIs.
• Enhance user experiences through real-time data visualization and interaction.
• Lead frontend projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and continuously improve our product's UI / UX.

The ideal candidate will have :

Bonus points for familiarity with real-time data visualization, WebRTC, or frontend performance optimization.

Compensation :

The cash compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000.

Actual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees receive an equity compensation package.
