As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will own and evolve Radix's recruitment strategy, ensuring that every hire aligns with our mission, values, and growth objectives. • Scalable Recruitment Strategy : Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports Radix's growth goals, ensuring a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber talent that fills key roles.
• High-Impact Hiring : Deliver hires who consistently perform in the top 20% of their respective roles, contributing to a culture of excellence and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Candidate Experience Excellence : Foster a hiring experience that leaves every candidate-hired or not-feeling valued and inspired.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with Radix's mission and growth objectives.

Leverage curiosity and creativity to build innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring access to diverse and exceptional talent pools.

Ensure every aspect of the hiring process-from sourcing to onboarding-is optimized for speed & quality.

Equip hiring managers with the tools, training, and guidance needed to identify and select top talent.

What you Bring :

5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics to inform decisions.

Curiosity : An inquisitive mindset that drives innovative approaches to sourcing and hiring.
