IT Implementation Lead

A company is looking for an IT New Market Implementation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of software solutions for new state implementations and member integrations

Manage continuous improvement initiatives within the IT implementation process

Identify potential risks associated with IT implementation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of ten (10) years of IT-related experience is required

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience is required

Experience in a key role within SAFe Agile is required

Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, particularly Medicaid and Medicare, is preferred
