Bilingual Advisor Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Advisor Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive, accurate support to advisors on account and platform-related inquiries

Lead virtual walkthroughs and demos with advisors

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

Fluent in French and English

Experience in financial services or advisor support

Exposure to NBIN and CIRO is a strong asset

Comfortable on camera for video calls and training
