Litigation Associate - Commercial & Complex Litigation

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a strong commercial and complex litigation background, including experience handling depositions, drafting discovery, and preparing dispositive motions. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Tennessee or have the ability to waive in.
