Position Summary :

St. Mary's of Nazareth, a community-centered teaching hospital in the heart of Chicago, is seeking a committed and passionate Core Faculty member to join our ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. This individual will play a vital role in educating and mentoring residents while actively participating in clinical practice, curriculum development, scholarly activity, and residency program administration.

Resident Education and Supervision :

• Provide direct supervision and instruction to residents in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Deliver didactic lectures, case conferences, and procedure training aligned with ACGME competencies.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor for resident physicians, guiding professional growth and well-being.

Fulfill the ACGME requirement of at least 0.6 FTE devoted to residency education of which a combination may be clinical and non-clinical

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $180,000-$210,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
