Open Heart and Vascular Procedures Specialist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 30 PM. Mostly days with varying shifts of 8-10 hours, depending on department needs. On-call responsibilities are assigned with a minimum requirement of 10-12 call shifts per month. Expected participation in holiday rotations is also required.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Open Heart and Vascular Procedures Specialist with experience in heart, lung, and vascular procedures. The role involves both regular and on-call duty, addressing department-specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform open heart and vascular procedures with a focus on patient care and safety.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and holiday coverage as required.
  • Maintain compliance with all professional training and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Experience with open heart procedures, lung procedures, and vascular procedures is essential.
  • Completion of mandatory professional training including but not limited to : Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training, Trinity Skills Checklist, and others outlined in onboarding requirements.
  • Current licensure verification required.
