• Assist with product returns and exchanges

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team
