Join Our Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you looking for a rewarding nursing role that offers diversity, challenge, and opportunities for growth? As a part of our Internal Float Pool, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, rotating through different units within the hospital, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)

Your Role :

  • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care while rotating among multiple units.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and safety.

    • What We Are Looking For :

  • A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and self-scheduled shifts.

    • Training & Skills Development :

  • Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities.
