Beauty Consultant Manager

Total compensation including commission and bonus is $45,000 - $50,000 per year. Hourly wage pays between $15-$18 per hour. Commission and bonus can be worth an additional $5 - $18 an hour.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have 2 years of management experience, preferably in sales
• This is a "retail" job, meaning retail hours which usually is 10-6 or 11-7 and some Saturdays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail / customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

This is a "retail" job, so it has "retail hours" for its manager. Usual Manager shift is 10 : 30-6 : 30, every other Saturday, no more than 40-44hours per week. During 4 months out of the year it is every Saturday with an additional week day off. Is this schedule an issue?
