ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead (CIS-HR)

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to oversee offshore developers working on enhancements within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development of enhancements within the HRSD module of ServiceNow

Collaborate with offshore development teams to guide solution implementation and resolve technical challenges

Support Delivery Lead / PM responsibilities including managing forecasts and providing status updates

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) is REQUIRED

Proven experience designing and developing technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD

Strong hands-on development background with the ability to lead by example

Experience leading offshore teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and status reporting
