Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and hold accountable franchisees (Area Directors)

Develop and maintain relationships with Area Directors across the country

Conduct regular business planning meetings to support overall Area Director health

Required Qualifications

Personable and emotionally intelligent

Operationally sound with knowledge of company products

Fully understand the responsibilities of the Area Director role

Experience with conflict resolution
