A company is looking for an Associate Media Director - Retail Media.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for retail media networks, ensuring high-quality campaign performance
Manage and mentor a team of media managers, promoting professional growth and adherence to performance standards
Serve as the senior retail media lead for key accounts, translating business objectives into actionable media strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in media, with at least 3 years in retail or commerce media
Proven expertise in managing retail media network campaigns across multiple platforms
Ability to develop and execute strategic media activation plans across various channels
Experience in overseeing campaign execution that meets client objectives and performance metrics
Skilled in maintaining strong client relationships and providing strategic media activation leadership
