Supplier Quality Engineer

Location : Charlotte, NC

Department : Quality

Reports to : Quality Manager

In this key role, you’ll ensure that every component and material sourced for our manufacturing operations meets the highest standards of quality and performance. What You’ll Do

• Define, implement, and maintain supplier quality requirements to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Conduct supplier audits (both on-site and remotely) to evaluate capability and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the incoming inspection process , manage nonconformities, and drive root cause and corrective actions .
• Partner with Purchasing and Engineering teams to support new product introductions and supplier onboarding.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics , reporting results and recommending improvement plans.
