Customer Service Rep
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Dellwood location! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our busy store located at 10486 W Florissant Ave.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently process orders
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Provide helpful information about our products and promotions
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, empathetic manner
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours
Qualifications :
