Medical Claims Processor

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Process professional claim forms and review policies and benefits

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company guidelines while maintaining quality scores

Research, review, and adjudicate claims while meeting productivity targets and turnaround times

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare claims processing

High school diploma or GED

Experience working in a P&Q environment and remotely

Familiarity with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens efficiently
