A company is looking for a 988 Follow Up Counselor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Contact callers and assess risk, providing referrals for mental health services
Coordinate with mental health service providers to secure services for callers
Maintain accurate call reports and documentation within established timeframes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Knowledge of lethality assessment, data collection, and call triage
Ability to comply with agency policies and HIPAA regulations
Commitment to the values and mission related to mental health services
