Registered Nurse Manager

A company is looking for a Care Navigation Nurse Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to their Care Navigation team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Care Navigation team, ensuring high-quality service delivery

Monitor team performance, providing coaching and professional development for continuous improvement

Enhance member satisfaction through proactive communication, education, and advocacy

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

8+ years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

Experience in a health plan, third-party administrator (TPA), or managed care organization preferred

Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance in clinical or care coordination settings

Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge of healthcare quality and utilization management
